n 2022-2023, SICG partnered with a leading innovator in Crypto Gaming, Web3, and the Metaverse, to provide interim sales leadership during a critical growth phase. Acting as Interim Sales Director, SICG implemented the MEDDPICC sales methodology and Pipedrive CRM to streamline operations and drive efficiency. A comprehensive sales strategy was developed, focusing on high-value markets in sports, media, and entertainment, while the sales team was restructured and strengthened through targeted recruitment.

TRANSFORMING HEALTHCARE

In 2023-2024, SICG served as Interim CEO for a SaaS HealthTech company, during a period of rapid growth and strategic transformation. Collaborating closely with the founders, SICG drove the company’s expansion from £50k to a projected £2m in revenue within a year. By crafting and executing comprehensive investment strategies and pitch decks, SICG positioned the business as a leader in Immersive Technology (AR/VR) and AI-enabled health solutions, ultimately enhancing the company’s valuation by 20x and securing £2m in seed funding.

FINTECH EXPANSION 

Working for a digital private banking platform tailored for high-net-worth individuals and businesses, sought SICG's expertise during its post-Series A phase to address sales challenges and drive revenue growth. Providing an Interim Commercial Director, SICG restructured the sales team, recruited top talent, and implemented the MEDDPICC methodology alongside HubSpot CRM to streamline operations and improve deal qualification. Additionally, SICG developed compelling commercial materials for investor and client engagement, enhancing Fortu's value proposition in the market.

As a result of these efforts, they achieved a 139% revenue increase, growing from £2.8 million to £6.7 million within 12 months. SICG also led client acquisition initiatives, significantly expanding their portfolio of high-value clients. MARTECH/GAMING

In 2021, We were engaged to provide interim sales and partnerships leadership during a pivotal growth phase. SICG developed a targeted sales strategy to engage high-profile brands, international sporting clubs, influencers, public figures, and musicians. By implementing a new CRM system, optimizing sales processes, and delivering structured training for both existing staff and new hires, SICG strengthened the efficiency and scalability of their sales operations. Additionally, SICG created tailored sales literature and investor decks to enhance client acquisition and prepare for a Series A funding round in Q1 2022.

This strategic approach led to significant outcomes, including a revenue increase from £6 million to £20 million. SICG also secured partnerships with major international clients and high-profile influencers with millions of followers, bolstering their market presence. EDTECH SAAS 

SICG provided an Interim Chief Commercial Officer for AN EDTECH PLAYER , where they delivered key strategies to make the business commercially viable. This included formulating a freemium commercial model and a B2B2C distribution strategy to support international expansion into the US and Asia. The team also focused on strengthening sales and marketing processes while implementing leadership training to ensure sustainable growth. Their work was instrumental in refining the platform’s approach, positioning them for greater success in global markets, particularly English-speaking regions.

Additionally, SICG collaborated closely with their Product Development team to define the necessary functionality to succeed internationally. Their efforts contributed to a growth strategy that aimed to expand from 700 to 900 schools and increase the active user base from 300k to 400k by 2022.
